Incheon Chinese Association Posts 'September 2026 External Exchanges' Notice (No. 6138): Only the Title Is Confirmed

The Incheon Overseas Chinese Association's website lists a notice titled 'Incheon Overseas Chinese Association External Exchanges, September 2026', apparently a roundup of the association's outside engagements that month. In the list this paper collected, its post number is 6138.

The title suggests a monthly update on exchanges with outside organizations. However, this paper could not reach the association's website this time and did not read the body, so which organizations were involved and what events took place is not confirmed.

Because the number is higher than that of notice 6086 (temporary closure of the right-hand entrance), which this paper covered earlier, it appears to have been posted later. The exact posting date was not confirmed.

What Readers Should Check

Exchange notices are often reports of past activity and may carry no sign-up or deadline, but whether this one does cannot be known without the text. Whether photos or attachments are included is also unconfirmed.

Interested readers are best advised to open the post in the association's notice list or contact the association directly. This paper will add the counterparts and schedule once the text is confirmed.
