What is and is not confirmed

This paper confirmed only the title and its place on the board. The body is understood to be an image file rather than text, so it could not be determined which institutions the association met or which events it attended in September. Unconfirmed content is not guessed at.

At the top of the association’s notices collected the same day is a guide on the ten-year visa renewal for permanent-resident foreigners. Details of that post were also not confirmed, but because renewal procedures bear directly on residents’ daily lives, those affected would be wise to ask the association directly.

Why monthly exchange records matter
