This report rests on the title and listing information alone. The body could not be accessed at the time of reporting, so the organizations visited or met in August and the nature and scale of any events have not been confirmed. This paper does not guess at counterparts or schedules.

The run of monthly notices

The board carries monthly notices in the same format. According to the listing, July (No. 6117) was posted on August 31, June (6111) on July 27 and May (6091) on June 30, with April (6079), March (6073) and February (6062) also listed. The August edition has the latest number among them.

Since each notice appears after its month has ended, the association seems to gather a month of activities and announce them afterward. That is an observation from posting dates only; no statement by the association on the practice has been confirmed.

The original is notice No. 6121 on the association's bulletin board, and inquiries can be made at the main number, 032-772-2129. We will report the August exchanges once the body is confirmed. (Source: Incheon Overseas Chinese Association notice)
