쓰촨 핑산 이판고속 양류바 분기점, 하중 검사 실시

쓰촨성 이빈시 핑산현을 지나는 이판고속도로 양류바 인터체인지에서 개통을 앞둔 하중 검사가 진행됐다. 구조물이 설계된 무게를 견디는지 실제로 확인하는 절차다.

하중 검사는 완공된 교량과 고가 구조물에 계획된 하중을 실제로 올려 변형과 진동을 측정하는 시험이다. 무게를 실은 시험차량을 정해진 위치에 배치하고, 처짐량과 응력 변화가 설계값 범위 안에 들어오는지를 계측기로 읽는다.

이판고속은 이빈과 판즈화를 잇는 노선으로, 쓰촨 남부 산악 지형을 통과한다. 협곡과 급경사가 많아 교량과 터널 비중이 높고, 그만큼 구조물 검사 항목도 늘어난다.

양류바 인터체인지는 여러 방향의 램프가 서로 다른 높이에서 교차하는 구조여서, 각 램프별로 개별 검사가 필요하다. 검사 결과는 준공 검사 서류에 포함된다.

중국 서남부 고속도로망은 지형 때문에 건설 단가가 높은 편이다. 산악 구간의 교량 비중이 높을수록 유지관리 비용도 함께 올라간다.

華橋時報는 해당 노선의 개통 시점을 확인하지 못했다. 확인된 것은 하중 검사가 실시됐다는 사실이다.

四川屏山：宜攀高速楊柳壩互通進行荷載檢測

位於四川省宜賓市屏山縣之宜攀高速楊柳壩互通，於通車前進行荷載檢測。此係實地確認結構物能否承受設計荷重之程序。

荷載檢測係於竣工之橋樑與高架結構上實際施加計畫荷重，並量測其變形與振動之試驗。將載重試驗車配置於既定位置，再以計測儀讀取撓度與應力變化是否落於設計值範圍之內。

宜攀高速係連接宜賓與攀枝花之路線，穿越四川南部山區地形。峽谷與陡坡眾多，橋樑與隧道占比因而甚高，結構物檢測項目亦隨之增加。

楊柳壩互通係多方向匝道於不同高程交會之構造，故各匝道須分別檢測。檢測結果將納入竣工查驗文件。

中國西南部高速公路網因地形之故，建設單價偏高。山區路段橋樑占比愈高，維護管理費用亦隨之上升。

Load Testing at the Yangliuba Interchange on the Yibin–Panzhihua Expressway, Sichuan

Load testing has been carried out ahead of opening at the Yangliuba interchange on the Yibin–Panzhihua expressway in Pingshan County, Sichuan. The procedure verifies in the field that a structure carries the weight it was designed for.

A load test places planned loads on a completed bridge or viaduct and measures deflection and vibration. Weighted test vehicles are positioned at set points while instruments read whether deflection and stress stay within design values.

The expressway links Yibin and Panzhihua across the mountainous terrain of southern Sichuan. Gorges and steep gradients mean a high proportion of bridges and tunnels, and correspondingly more structural checks.

The Yangliuba interchange carries ramps crossing at several different levels, so each ramp is tested separately. The results form part of the completion inspection file.

Expressway construction in south-west China is expensive because of the terrain. The greater the share of bridges in mountain sections, the higher the maintenance bill that follows.

We could not confirm an opening date for the route. What is confirmed is that load testing took place.
