On the notice board of the Incheon Overseas Chinese Association (仁川華僑協會) website is a post titled 「二0二六年七月仁川華僑協會對外交流」. It is notice No. 6117, one entry before the August notice (No. 6121) reported earlier. Read literally, the title means 'July 2026 external exchanges of the Incheon Overseas Chinese Association', a report on the association's outside activities for the month.

This report is based only on the notice's title and the board listing. The body could not be opened at the time of reporting, because the site does not permit automated access, so it is reported on the title alone, with the body unconfirmed. Which organizations the association met in July and what events were held have not been confirmed, and this report does not speculate.

Where July sits among the monthly reports

The board carries notices in the same format from the February report (No. 6062) onward: March is 6073, April 6079, May 6091, June 6111, July 6117 and August 6121. As reported earlier, the listing shows the July notice posted on August 31 and the August notice on September 15.

That means the July notice went up almost a month after July ended, a somewhat longer gap than the June notice, which was posted on July 27. This is only an observation from posting dates; no stated drafting policy from the association has been confirmed.

How this differs from the August report

This newspaper reported the August notice in its October 22 morning edition. The July notice is a separate post that covers July rather than August. Because the body of neither notice has been confirmed, there is as yet no basis for comparing the two months' activities or discussing any change.
