Our collector captured only the titles and some text, so event dates, venues and eligibility are unconfirmed. No. 837 appears to carry cues such as ‘apply by October 15’ and ‘collect raffle tickets’, but since that deadline has passed, whether the event is held and its outcome must be checked in the notice text.

What the Overseas Chinese Day banquet means
